While our president,
Ed Unke, is temporarily away, I would like to take this opportunity to
welcome all board members and all association members to another year. Our new board was sworn in at our Annual Awards Banquet on
February 28, 2007. The
new officers and board are: Ed
Unke, President; Mike Johnson, Barrett Moving & Storage, Vice
President; Karen Kaczmarek, Driver Leasing Midwest, Secretary; Jerry
LeSage, Treasurer; Del Brahm, Brahm International, Director; Ron
Mazmanian, Celtic International, Director; Jim McMahon, retired,
Director. The Committee
Chairs are as follows: Membership,
Karen Kaczmarek; Golf, Ron Mazmanian; Golf League, Jerry LeSage;
Oversite, Del Brahm; Retiree, Jim McMahon; NOIBN & Bingo, Del
Brahm; Scholarship, Jerry LeSage.
Our Transportation Clubs International Past President is Ken
Feller. A hearty
congratulations to all officers, directors and committee chairs.
As always, we want to
promote membership to the board as well as general membership.
We also encourage every member to provide critique and
suggestions to any of the above members, so improvements can be made.
We want to continue to make this association better.
