Junk Food?
Maybe Not…….

Pork Rinds: These
puffy snacks are literally cut from pigskin, and then they are
deep-fried. A one ounce
serving contains zero carbohydrates, 17 grams of protein and 9 grams
of fat. This is more
protein and less fat than in a serving of potato chips and the pork
rind fat is unsaturated fat and most of that is oleic acid, the same
healthy fat found in Olive oil.
