A NOTE FROM THE EDITOR

This will be my last issue as the editor of the NOIBN. Due to new professional demands and personal family matters, I will no longer have the time to function as either the NOIBN editor or the TAMI webmaster. The last few years have been very rewarding for me personally, as I put together each issue of the NOIBN and created and updated the new TAMI website. During that time, the NOIBN has won two national awards from Transportation Clubs International for best publication. I'd like to thank all of the contributors for their great articles, which were instrumental in both of those wins. Again, thank you for the opportunity to contribute to the organization.
